Meet Marylee

Marylee Marre is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who has been in the medical field for 13 years. She spent seven of those years in emergency and critical care settings at some of the most prestigious institutions in the country, including Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, UCLA Medical Center, Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and NYU Langone Orthopedic Hospital.

After years of witnessing the limitations of conventional medicine's approach to chronic illness, Marylee felt called to something deeper. She transitioned to functional and integrative medicine to help patients uncover the root causes of their symptoms, not just mask them.

Her practice investigates the underlying drivers of disease and dysfunction, including environmental toxicants, adrenal dysfunction, gut dysbiosis, micronutrient deficiencies, SIBO, and mitochondrial dysfunction. She uses specialty lab testing with optimal (not just conventional) reference ranges to paint a more complete picture of each patient's health.

Marylee is affiliated with the New York Center for Integrative Health (2021-2026) and was mentored by renowned Naturopathic Physician Dr. Robert Kachko. She is a proud member of the Institute of Functional Medicine (IFM) and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), and attends IFM's annual international conferences to stay at the forefront of the field.

Marylee offers in-person visits at Lotus Cove Wellness in Boca Raton, Florida, as well as virtual consultations for Florida and New York residents.
